Welcome to Education Not Discrimination (END)
We are a unique group of high school students from across Pennsylvania dedicated to make a change using grassroots effort when it comes to systemic discrimination in education as well as discrimination faced in individual schools.
|
QualificationsIf you are a current high school student residing Pennsylvania with a passion in ending discrimination and/or education reform, then you qualify!
Want to Get Involved?Sign up for our initiative! It is completely for the students, by the students and will take the shape of whatever you want it to be, whether this be creating a campaign focused on accessibility in schools or having conversions with students from across the state to implement other policy in your school.
What Comes Next?We want to help uplift and provide students the resources to make a difference at their individual schools and community at large. The first step in doing this is providing education and skills, which takes the look of both guest speakers, adults and students alike, and networking with organizations supporting us in our endeavors.

FocusWe aim to disparage discrimination on 9 different accounts: Mental Health, Disabilities, Sexuality and Gender Identity, Gender, Race, Socio-Economic Status, Discipline, Religion, and As a System. By empowering students and allowing them to form connections across the state, students are more likely to make a difference in what they are passionate about.
After our initial kickoff with the Education, Not Discrimination Symposium, we are recruiting students from all across Pennsylvania to create campaigns, meet with politicians, and network. It is never too late to sign up and meet peers as passionate as you.

All the Tools You Need to Succeed
Many students don't know where to start, and even if they do, it's difficult to gain traction to create a movement or even a small change. But here, we have a base of passionate students ready to be on the front line. We will empower and support other students who are fiery and zealous, ready to stop accepting the status quo. |
You will meet countless other high school students across the Pennsylvania. Some highlights in the initiative include:
